A notice helps us act quickly when it includes:
These are the elements United States law lists for a notice (17 U.S.C. 512(c)(3)). If something is missing we will still read your message and ask for what we need.
Write to contactkoinei@gmail.com with your name, address, phone number and email; the address of the material that was removed; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith it was removed by mistake or because it was misidentified. If the material was shared by you as a user, also include your consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or, outside the United States, any court where Koinei may be found) and that you will accept service from the person who sent the notice. We review every dispute and tell you what we decide. For material shared by a user, we send the dispute to the person who sent the notice and may restore the material after 10 to 14 business days unless they tell us they have filed a court action.
Sending a notice or a dispute that you know to be false can make you liable for damages (17 U.S.C. 512(f)).
